According to the latest data, China imported 43,900 tons of avocado a year. In 2011, the number was only 31.8 tons. An increase of more than 1,000 times in 8 years surely make avocado a rising star in the Chinese fruit market.
To seize the huge market opportunities in China, Peru’s largest agribusiness and avocado grower Camposol urgently needs to improve its global operations capabilities through IT technology. Therefore, in its global system deployment plan, China’s localization has become a top priority.
In the year 2020, the epidemic restrictions on long-distance travel didn’t help the start of the project to get easier, besides the challenges such as differences in international fiscal, taxation requirements, and so on. Camposol's IT supplier Seidor needed to work with a local United VARs partner QZing Technology with strong technical capabilities urgently.
As a member of United VARs and its competitive industry knowledge with substantial local know-how makes QZing a perfect match for the project. QZing innovatively led the delivery of a joint project with Peruvian customers and Spanish partners in China without direct contact. The joint efforts of three parties have achieved the perfect presentation of “A bite of Peru" in China.
Project Highlights:
- Implement the Chinese golden tax interface in SAP Fiori, realized the connection between the SAP system and the Chinese golden tax system. Allow users to issue VAT invoices based on the SAP billings easily and meet the requirements of the Chinese golden tax system at the same time.
- Standardized the management of master data with Seidor according to the customer's requirements to make business follow more smoothly and accurately.
- Realize the function of Chinese localization report form and accounting voucher printing，not only comply with the requirements of Chinese accounting standards, but also to meet the special requirements from customers by maintaining the structure of localized reports, table samples, table samples for voucher printing, account hierarchy and so on.
- All the reports and accounting documents fits the audit request and can be used directly for auditing.
During the implementation process, QZing and Seidor comprehensively considered the global standardisation requirements and localised business requirements of the customer, communicated in-depth with Camposol’s headquarters in Peru, and key users in China to formulate targeted solutions. These two United VARs members worked efficiently together on the implementation of the customer's Chinese localisation business.
In August 2020, Camposol China completed its business deployment and successfully went life, which provided great support for Camposol's global management plan.
