Manufacturer and distributor of skincare, beauty equipment, and lifestyle products, Do Day Dream, has invested in the deployment of SAP Business ByDesign, Netizen Arabica version, SAP's cloud-based ERP platform, to enhance the company’s distribution capabilities in Thailand.
Established in 2010, the business of Do Day Dream currently produces more than 5 million quality consumer products in Thailand per year and is expanding its market to CLMV markets (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam). Meeting the demand of new business was a challenge that wasn’t being met by the company’s enterprise resource planning system because it hadn’t been built to be able to scale with the company’s growth.
Netizen, a United VARs member in Thailand, has developed solutions to support “Thai Localization” and comply with the tax system, including regulatory policies for business in Thailand in the version of “Netizen ByDesign Arabica”. With standardized processes running on the same cloud platform, Do Day Dream has a continuous, real-time overview of their business. The platform will increase production capacity, warehouse management and drive overall operational efficiency, allowing management to focus on the creation of new products for their customers.
