Seidor, a founding member of United VARs, has announced a strategic partnership with Carlyle, a leading global investment firm, which has acquired a 60% stake in Seidor.

This collaboration aims to propel Seidor into the top echelons of global technology service providers, particularly in the European and U.S. markets. With Carlyle's backing, Seidor is set to surpass €1 billion in revenue by 2024, reinforcing its growth and expanding its influence worldwide. Existing shareholders retain 40% of the company's shares. Seidor will maintain its headquarters in Vic, Barcelona, and continue its focus on talent and sustainability.
